Hyundai Verna

The Hyundai Verna was first launched in 2011, a perfect car for the people who can’t afford a premium car. It was a perfect affordable sub-premium sedan, which came with the good build quality and superb pickup. It was a new generation for powerful cars with just 1.3L to 1.4L petrol and diesel engine. It was then updated in 2017, and now in 2020.

The all-new Hyundai Verna now comes with a 1.0L turbo petrol GDI engine, with twin-clutch automatic system, 1.5L petrol Gamma manual engine, and 1.5L CRDi diesel engine options.

Hyundai Verna 2020 has officially launched in India at a starting price of 9.30 lakh(Ex-Showroom price). It gets 1.0L turbo petrol engine as an option with 4-speed automatic transmission.

As we talk about looks? They are stunning and still get the old fluidic shape touch, and dark chrome radiator grille at the front along with redesigned LED headlights. And when we talk about interior, we get twin tip muffler, glossy black grille and all-black interiors. It gets 6 seat adjustment on the driver seat. It also gets the 8-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. In addition, it has digital clusters with 10.67 cm colour TFT MID, wireless phone charger, Smart Trunk, Arkamys sound system Driver Rear View Monitor (DRVM), ECO coating, among other feature highlights including Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and electric sunroof, etc.

However, if someone is looking for a sub-premium sedan with good built quality, with safety, and can spend at least 12-16lakh then one should go for the Verna, and is also Made in India Product.

Jai Hind, Jai Bharat…

  1. Good one! But twin tip mufflers are a part of exteriors. You should also mention about the connected car technology in Verna i.e. BlueLink

    1. Thanks for responding after reading this article fully.
BlueLink is now a common feature in all Hyundai cars, so I didn't find to mention it everywhere. But thanks for replying I'll work more on the specifications.
